EnergyRight - My Energy Advisor

A marketing agency in Nashville brought me on as the UX/UI lead to help improve user experience for TVA’s web app. The first step in my process was to audit the existing product, engage in user interviews, and review user behavior data.

I then led the team in mapping more efficient user flows, restructuring wireframes, and creating a more consistent brand experience. I also audited and improved the multi-factor authentication process to align with government level security standards.
